Organisational Structure
MembershipOrdinary members, Associate members, Honorary members, Supporting members and Affiliates. At the end of June 2001, the total AIAF members were about 900. EducationThe AIAF Training Course for the Financial Analysts' Education, certified by EFFAS since 1994, is carried out twice a year. The program is addressed to junior analysts endowed of university education, wishing to specialize and to join the Association. Furthermore, during the year about twenty "brief" Specialized Courses. MeetingsAbout 250 meetings, each year, with the Italian listed Companies for presentation and discussions on annual and mid-year reports, new quotations, special operations such as public offers and take-overs, etc.. PublicationsAt the end of 1993, a quarterly magazine was produced, called "Rivista AIAF". To all issues are enclosed technical supplements called "Quaderni AIAF", produced by the study's Commissions and, in certain cases, by external working groups. The aim of both publications is to represent a technical and cultural point of reference for the whole Italian financial community. Once a year, it is published the AIAF Year Book ("Annuario AIAF") which represents an updated "Who's who" of the Italian financial analysts.
